I had a nice stay at this hotel, which is located in a great spot near Banff. The rooms were spacious and cool, especially with the balcony view. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. However, the dining options could use a little improvement, and it feels a bit far from the town center. Overall, it's a decent place for the price.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is beautiful, offering stunning views of the forest and nearby peaks. The rooms were clean and felt like a cozy studio apartment with all the essentials. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, although the dining options could use some improvement. Overall, it's a good value considering the convenience and amenities offered.

Rooms

The room was like a studio apartment with a queen bed and a murphy bed that dropped down from the cupboard after moving the sofa. It was clean and included a stove, a decent-sized fridge, and a microwave.
Service

The service was great. The staff was always knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, ready to assist with any missing items from the kitchen. They even informed me when the axe for wood was available.

The hotel is located on the flank of Tunnel Mountain with wonderful views. It's not right in the center of Banff, but it’s well connected by bus and quite nice for exploring the area.
Dining

The breakfast options were somewhat basic, and it would have been nice to have a wider variety. They did provide sliced tropical fruits, which was a pleasant touch.

The facilities were decent, with a good pool area; it was enjoyable though could use some updates. The inclusion of bus passes was a nice perk as well.

The hotel is nestled in a stunning location with a beautiful view of the mountains, making it perfect for nature lovers. The rooms were cozy and equipped with a queen bed, although there were some issues with the sofa bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were times it felt like they knew about problems yet didn't address them. Overall, the experience was quite enjoyable, but some areas could use improvement.

The hotel is in a lovely location, close enough to downtown Banff but quietly off the main path. The rooms had an attractive old-fashioned charm, but they could really use a good cleaning and some updates. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which really made the stay pleasant. However, the dining options were included, but they could be improved with fresher choices.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms had an old-fashioned charm that was attractive, but they needed a thorough cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. The little kitchen, fireplace, and stunning view from the patio were definitely highlights.
Service

Location

The location was great; it provided a warm place to hang out during the colder afternoons and had convenient access to a grocery store and laundromat. It's off the beaten path, which actually felt quite nice.
Dining

The breakfast options were included, but the choices felt limited and could have been fresher. They have potential for improvement.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities were decent, with pools and a kids playground available, which was nice for families. However, they could use a bit of an update.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location was convenient with easy access to the bus for getting into town, and the spacious rooms felt just like a studio apartment. However, the service left a bit to be desired, as the staff didn't seem as friendly or helpful as I had hoped. Also, while the amenities were great for families, I was disappointed with the change from wood fireplaces to gas ones.
